Kroger (the company) is 5 stars. I love their produce and product sales. However the Moundsville, WV one is quite outdated and is very limited in the fresh produce. I go out of my way to go to other Kroger stores farther away to get the produce and products I want.

The last 3 out of 4 trips, the e-coupons did not work. I went to customer service, who verified I had coupons loaded to my account and gave me money back, up to $16! I contacted kroger and asked to be contacted back. I guess they don't care. I've heard nothing from them. Go to Wal-Mart or Aldi, with less than 1 mile away. UPDATE if they have products on sale YOU WILL BE CHARGED NORMAL PRICE IF YOU HAVE A COUPON TOO. Receipt pic attached. They truly don't care about customers

EXTREMELY rude service at the customer service desk about an hour ago. I will be filing a complaint with the store manager and their corporate office tomorrow.

It is cleaner and better organized that other Krogers, for example compared to the one in Wheeling or in Bellaire.

Already hard enough having to check online inventory for all of the Krogers, Walmarts, Walgreens, and CVSs in the area for my sons formula because it’s never in stock and of course when I have to call the customer service desk of Kroger in Moundsville the customer service desk lady has to have an attitude about having to go check, “you have called here before about this haven’t you?” Yeah obviously months ago because my baby needs formula? Don’t know how people have the audacity to be rude over having to do the job they’re paid to do and over baby formula at that ? Won’t be shopping at Moundsville Kroger anymore..

Shop here often. Went to get pop, sign in front of coca cola 12 packs said 4 for 15.00. They weren't. It was a sign for 6 packs of bottles which were no where near the adverisement sign. Bait and switch?
