“Route 39 Dollar General(towards Summersville WV), I absolutely loved this place!Unlike other locations of the same chain the store is fairly big, has a lot of things that other locations don't, it's clean, organized, You don't just have 1 item(take it or leave it) they actually have several choices, & the staff was so nice.I had lost all desires to ever go to another Dollar General, but this one, this one I do recommend without 1 doubt, and Lord willing, I will be a return & repeat customer if everything stays the same.I would leave the house also, just to go to this specific store shopping and then back home. No doctor appointments or any other reason necessary.This store location really is worth just going out to, absolutely a one-stop shop with variety, that really doesn't even feel like their other chain locations.I could absolutely see spending a lot of time and some money there, & see myself forgetting that it even is a Dollar General store.I have seriously never had such a wonderful experience at another of its chain locations. “I bought Cranberry sauce there yesterday $0.50 a can same product at Walmart $1.98 a can, guess that's Walmarts everyday low prices, I went to every store in Summerville looking for buttermilk your the only one who had it, I'll be back.”

“They're my go-to for bottled water, generic meds & special deals! Since the Pandemic, Big Lots has had some issues in getting full supplies of inventory. I've been looking for their dried, chopped garlic for months now! Checkers are always friendly & helpful. There are also times when my preferred brand of bottled water isn't available. The shortages are the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5.”

“This is what a Dollar General store should look like. The people who work here are just as warm and welcoming as it looks. Micheal, Nikki, and Wanda are so cool, friendly and laid back. I’ve been to Dollar General stores from Iowa, to Connecticut to North Carolina and this place has them all beat by 1,000 miles.The energy and practices of this store should be duplicated in every store.
