Garden items, housewares, and holiday items are the highlights of this store, as are the overall pleasant shopping environment and tidy appearance. Known informally and colloquially by many area residents as the "Mall of New Manchester," this store location is actually ✨nicer✨than the New Cumberland store in all the important ways that matter to customers???”

“A few employees act as if they have better things to do than assist customers, one cashier just rings up whatever she feels like multiple times and GOOD LUCK getting ahold of a manager capable of refunds. My daughter and I were also stuck in the dead center of a shouting match between 2 employees while we were checking out, to the extent that I felt our safety was in jeopardy and the police were even called... All the employees I have referenced are actively still employed there too! And I still have not been able to reach the one manager capable of refunding nearly $20 that I was over charged because of the cashier's inability TO COUNT. If they would get new employees... I mean FULL EMPLOYEE WASH, from the top to the very bottom, store manager right down to the folks hired to come in a day or two a week just to unload truck and stock.. I would have that store at a 5star rating and profits increased by at least 20% and theft down 15% in less than 6 months, given the opportunity to manage the store location BY THE BOOK! And, in my store, customers are always appreciated and treated as they should, like the store is there for them, and because of them!”
“This store is amazing and what makes it amazing is the manager. She is soo kind, loving, and courteous. Nianza goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of and is the most honest person I've ever met. She is extremely helpful and will drop what she's doing just to help someone. She always uplifts everyone . She cares and she makes it known. She makes sure everyone is happy and loved. I can't say enough about shopping at a store and knowing I am in good hands. That nianza is an angel she has a heart of gold. I know that customers including myself will shop at family dollar wintersville store 4669 just to see the manager nianza and talk to her. She's truly astounding.”

“I visited the Three Springs Drive Dollar General location today in Weirton, West Virginia and had a most wonderful experience. After a simple excursion through the store finding my items to purchase, the cashier, Patty, pleasantly greeted me with a lovely smile and eye contact. She asked how my day was going and immediately made me feel right at home. Patty efficiently took care of my transaction and made sure all of my discounts and coupons worked. I appreciated the way that Patty made the extra effort to provide excellent customer service that most businesses lack these days. Thank you for having such a kind, considerate person in your employ. I would highly recommend this Dollar General to family, friends, and colleagues.”
“I had the pleasure of shopping the Dollar General on Pennsylvania Avenue in Weirton, West Virginia this morning and had a delightful experience. April was working today; she was the only employee in the store. April assisted me several times helping me find items on my list. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and knew the store well. I applaud April for her professional mannerism during my visit, excusing herself while checking for people up front and returning to assist me. “4-22-2023. I had the pleasure of visiting the Dollar Tree on Three Springs Drive in Weirton, WV today. My cell phone charging cable failed and I went to their website and found they carried them for $1.25. When I entered the store, Deb greeted me and offered help. I told her I was looking for a C USB charging cable for my cell phone. She escorted me to them and efficiently checked me out. Deb was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful during my visit. Thanks Dollar Tree for having such a wonderful person in your employ :)5-5-2023. I needed some paint supplies today and went to Three Springs Drive Dollar Tree again. I called the store first and spoke with Mike to make sure he had paint trays in stock, which he kindly checked for me and said he did. I thanked him and went to the store. Upon entry, Mike greeted me with a smile and eye contact. I found the paint tray and a 3-inch brush I also needed. I next entered the checkout line. When it was my turn, Mike informed me he remembered me calling. I smiled and thanked him for his help. He smiled back and told me it was his pleasure. Mike quickly and professionally executed the transaction and wished me a great day. I appreciate employees like Mike, who take the time to help people who call, needing to know if they have something in stock, thus saving them a wasted trip if the store is out of stock.”
“The young men in the evening are very pleasant. The store is always clean and organized. The male manager whom normally works in the mornings is also very nice. One woman gives a not so nice feeling, especially when you're shopping using the DG digital coupons that are there to use! Besides that lady, the store is awesome and clean!”
“great service, pretty good selection for a DG. one of the best in the area IF you don’t need to contact anyone on your phone while shopping. i don’t know what they made this building out of but for some reason i’ve never gotten cell service inside this location, it’s really strange. kind of annoying to have to walk outside just to text my boyfriend and see what kind of chips he wants lol”
“In and out with everything I needed in no time at all. Great selection. You can have your FedEx deliveries dropped off here for you to pick up within a few days of delivery. Friendly, helpful staff, store is arranged in a way that everything is easy to find. I do most of my shopping here. 5 stars.”
