“Had an issue with my Netgear Hotspot getting real hot when being charged, seemed to be close to catching on fire just charging. went into the store and as soon as I walked in the manager Alexis asked how she could help me and I just let her know the problems I was having. told her I did call 611and report it to the warranty department, and they said they would send me a replacement and I'd get it in 6 days. The six days ways over yesterday and I kept trying to get through to them all day and had enough. I went to the store and asked for help, and help is what I got. Alexis listened to my complaints and through sarcasm and anger she heard the problem and assisted me to get a solution. she got on the phone and talked to customer service, then got a supervisor involved and pleaded my case for me. when the issue was completed I have a replacement coming in mail, credit on account and emails for proof of issuance. Thank You Alexis Huggins, I appreciate you and I am glad to know you do take the time to help your customers and you do what's right. I am glad I went there today, nice to know we can get just more than gadgets and phones here. You get the help you need. Thank you!!”
