Abbott's Wrecker is a towing service that has received mixed reviews from customers. Many praise the company's quick response time, with one customer stating their car was loaded and on its way to the mechanic within 45 minutes of calling. Customers also highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly a person named Bud who was described as extremely good at his job. However, some customers have had less positive experiences. One reviewer mentioned a front desk employee who acted suspiciously towards the customer, while another stated that the company can be "difficult" and "by the book" when dealing with customers, especially women. There have also been issues with obtaining receipts, with one customer facing challenges in getting a duplicate copy. Despite these inconsistencies, the overall sentiment towards Abbott's Wrecker is generally positive. The company is praised for its autism awareness efforts, and one customer even had their "faith renewed in customer service" after a positive experience. With a range of reviews, both praising and criticizing the company's services, Abbott's Wrecker appears to provide a mixed bag of experiences for its customers.
Car picked up and went over to release. Front desk nice people, kid walked over to car and kid was acting like I was going to steal something out of my own car. He must of gotten in trouble with his parents and was upset or something. Other than kid, everything smooth.

Difficult. By the book. Standard prices. Be kind to the ladies in the office or everything becomes extra difficult. Be nice!

I have had past experiences with towing companies rummaging through my vehicle. The guys at Abbotts were very professional and honest. I'm very appreciative they were the ones that towed my car.
