I am 60 yes old and only stop at pilots because I can zip in and out without any troubles until today at the nitro location very disappointed as I know the cashier could have just put my birthday in and chose not to I will never stop at this location again.

This truck stop is terrible the workers don’t move the truck that finished fueling and they just allow the drivers to leave the truck at the pump which causes traffic till the highway!!I I left without fueling!!! And called the police
Don’t spend there your money!! Go to other like love’s or TA. Be smart and save your time

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pilot. The staff were lazy and unhelpful. I paid for a reserved parking spot, but when I arrived there was no space available. Meanwhile, they allowed trucks without payment to park for free. Completely unacceptable.

If you stop for a simple thing as a drink or a bathroom break it will cost you an hour and a half The traffic here is almost as bad as New York

If youre in a foul mood when you enter the store, I guarantee that will change if Charlotte is the cashier. She is such a positive force who greets every customer with a warm smile, as if they were old friends that she hasn't seen for a while. And I really appreciate her well wishes as we leave the counter. I am truly grateful for her energy and grace.

This is just another extremely poor designed pilot. You'll find here:
- a very few fuel Islands
- a long line to fuel island ( expect 30+ in waiting)
- poorly designed parking lot
- 39 parking spots 15 of which are paid parking.
Thus is the first and the last time I stopped here. This trash place is just not worth stopping.

The “woman” behind the counter with a beard refused to give us a refund for the ice cold soggy taquito that we paid for, they said that there was a sign that they were cooking but the sign was not put up till AFTER we had already bought the food, the other cashier was super nice but avoid the overweight middle aged woman with the beard

There are 15 spots not 39 - go 30 min more to the next stop

Unfortunately you can pay for parking they take your money .. you will have to knock on doors in the am, because they let people make up their own parking spots and staff stated we cant do anything about ot. But dont pay snd park see what they do. Get fuel and get out of thus place dont get trapped

The worst truck stop ove ever been to. I have zero clue why they wouldn't have a stop light at the exit. It is so very dangerous to enter or exit this facility in an 18 or a 4 wheeler.

One lady is working by the name of Lana she looks like she is new and line of people is here no help no manager still no body got thier fuel receipt , people need shower fuel receipt need to buy drinks
