I had also visited another Polaris dealer in the area and I have yet to get any response. Shawn let us get in to his shop after just a month. He went above and beyond. He never made us deal with the insurance company, he handled all of it. All we had to do was drop off the car and the paperwork. He even touched up scratches free of charge and filled our tires. The work was done quickly and flawlessly.”

“Okay, gentlemen! my opinion on this parts store. The first time I got here, I needed parts for my old car. When I bought them, I took the car for repairs, but the mechanic told me to throw this car in the junkyard. but I'm not rich enough to throw stuff like that. Yeah, I had to return all the parts. the guys got all the money back. and it was a shock to me. no problem, no questions asked. Thanks. Yeah, I repaired the car later, with my own hands and now It lasts me for several years. So where I bought other parts from them, and they were always available. Yes, it's expensive. But I hope these parts are high quality and will work. I recommend this store. Thank you.”
“Took my car in December to Collision Plus. They were absolutely wonderful. Didn’t have any issues. They were very good at communicating with the car insurance people. They took care of everything. I received my car back today. I’m amazed at the job that they did. Couldn’t even tell there was any damages that was on there before also did an amazing job at matching up the paint. I highly recommend this guys. If there was a 10 star option. I’d give them 10 stars.”

“My snap on ac machine quit working one day called Matz and the guy instantly recognized the problem when I explained what it was doing and told us to drop the machine off. They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty compressor. I had a few other issues I wanted looked at they fixed everything and the price was great im extremely satisfied with the work the machine works like a brand new one thanks!”

“I drive a 2019 Subaru Legacy. After an oil change at the dealership the day before, the oil light came on the first time I had my car out. I was close by Advance Auto in Shinnston, WV and went to see if they could provide assistance. The gentlemen working were amazing! They checked my oil, told me how much and what kind I needed and then put it in the car for me. I'm a 70 year old woman. They were all so kind and polite. Henry helped me first and, when it was his quitting time, he asked Charlie to take over. They both provided exceptional service! They told me that I should take pictures of the dipstick to show dealership. Suggested that I get my car back to dealership asap. Without a doubt, they went above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you again, Henry and Charlie!”
“Cory and Joe are super helpful and always do their best to accommodate my busy schedule. The shop does amazing work, including alignments on my off-road 4x4 builds. The lobby is nice and has guest Wi-Fi. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area for tires or alignments.”
“The paint on the top of my truck was faded really bad and peeling from the Florida sun. Also had started to rust. I had T-Body do the repair and buff out the entire truck, new headlight assemblies installed. All looks great! I would recommend T-Body to anyone needing paint or body work.”

“I have been here twice in the last month and both times the employees were helpful, polite and professional. The second time i was here, was within the last week, when Sean went far above his duties by helping me with an electrical problem on my work truck. He spent at least an hour helping me figure out the issue and dove in fully to help me get the truck back to work so that my boss didn't have to hear some bad news. Not only was he polite and professional, but when i asked him if he needed to go help anyone else instead of helping me do tedious things with my truck, he assured me that everything else was being handled and that he was more than happy to help. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, and I hope your Mustang is doing well. I'd also liek to thank the other employee who gave us a helpful idea on the issue and who handled other things so that Sean would be free to help me. You guys rule, thank you for everything!”

She got the parts I needed in a timely manner and also carried my merchandise out to my car even though I told her that I could get them. She changed my wipers and had a smile on her face the whole time she helped me. Employees like Morgan are hard to find these days.
