“Service and employees were great. I was very upset that whomever drove my car went through mud and slung it all down the passenger side of car and tires and wheel wells. I had just had it detailed last week. It had pollen on it but not mud. I’m VERY OCD about my car??”

“Such kind people, had been on the road a long time traveling from Wisconsin with a low pressure tire indicator showing. Simply stopped in to see if someone could check the pressure in my tires, and they were so kind and did so. At already 8:45 in the morning, they had a sign on their door stating sorry, no more appointments available for the day, and there were several people waiting in their Lobby area. In spite of that, they checked my tires; fortunately, everything was fine, and we could continue on our way. When leaving, the female service clerk, wished us safe travels. My experience there was nothing but kindness!”

First encounter, the tow truck driver; 5 stars- polite, knowledgeable, careful, experienced, efficient.
Then the two mechanics in the garage; these guys were attentive & courteous, respectful, knowledgeable (took time to explain), and had the top notch equipment and tools. Very impressed to say the least.
The owner; great customer service, great pricing, involved with the repair, real hands on type. I would recommend Prudence to anyone needing a reliable & honest mechanic.”
