“I was 4 hours from home when my car broke down and needed towed. I was on the side of the highway US-19 alone and had zero idea what to do. Single mom who has never had a car issue so you can imagine the anxiety I was going through. I reached out to DTE and they sent a tow truck to come tow me to their shop. Matt was the driver and couldn't say enough good things about this man. He made me feel safe and comfortable...super friendly. I was then met by Lawrence who was the man on the other end of the phone when I broke down. Super sweet grandfather who talked to me about his grandkids, his life, etc... while I waited to hear about my car. I ended up needing a new alternator however it was already 4:00 on Friday July 21, 2023 and the shopped closed at 5. He told me he didn't think they would be able to fix it until Monday because the job would take a couple hours to fix and they were closing soon. Lawrence went to the garage bay and asked if anyone could stay to repair my car since I was 4 hours from home and on my way to meet my daughter for the weekend. Charles who is my angel said he would gladly stay to fix my car. Another mechanic offered to stay but Charles said he had it under control. Lawrence stayed with me until Charles was done. These people did not know me, they didn't owe me anything however they saw how far I was from home and just wanted to help. Today (Tuesday the 25th) I received a call from Lawrence checking in to see if the car was good and to make sure I made it home safely. I would HIGHLY recommend this company because they truly care about their customers. I only wish there were more car companies out there like DTE.”

They inspected the tire, replaced an old patch, resealed the tire and sent us on our way - NO CHARGE! “Should have bought our Equinox there, they were so nice, honest, but when we went back to buy it, it was already sold, too bad, found another just like it at Crossroads Chevy, sadly dealt with them, never again, don’t ever want to go back for service so will visit King Coal soon. The salesman was great, price decent, very difficult trying to get same deal offered In Oakhill, took two hours to get out after agreeing to Deal, Financing office was terrible, was on way out when we finally got served, they gave us the wrong payment plan and starting date,no extras, nothing for Vets like most Auto Dealers, was late on clean up and Delivery, did not show us how to use any of the Safety Features which is why I bought the Vehicle, overall, A terrible experience and even now, I dread to go back there for services needed now, so hope King Cole can help me with all the above, they have an excellent reputation vs what Crossroad offered, Respectfully, Rev. “On labor day my headlight burnt out. on Tuesday we were going home 1000 mi. After vacation. I stopped in at 8am my car was fixed by 9am and we were on our way. Low price and really nice. They helped us even though they were fully booked for the day.”

“We were on vacation heading to Myrtle Beach and had an engine problem. Turns out the solenoid crapped out and they said they had a new one to replace it. Was quoted approximately $250 for the part not including labor. So we figured well we have to do it. To sum it up they took great care of us. Can't say if they took pity on us because we were on vacation and pretty much at their mercy or what but the total charge was approximately $164. They fixed the problem and quickly and hooked us up.”
