Even knew where the dead spots were. He was kind enough to actually bring up a map of the area and surrounding areas also explained which areas had 5G and what areas had 4G he was very good at his job he got a five-star rating from me and I'm not even a US Cellular customer I just so happened to walk in there I have AT&T and after speaking with that gentleman I am definitely switching providers because AT&T straight lied to my face I can't even get service of my own house so AT&T isn't what they claim to be they may be the largest cell phone provider but that's only because they lie to people to get sales”

“Overall a good place to find your phones and accessories. With that being said, the only reason it’s not a 5 star for me is because of the way the manager (Terrance I believe) treats one of his employees. I walked in and was greeted by an energetic young man named Dakota. Terrance told this young man to calm down. Which changed Dakota’s demeanor entirely. It would be better if Terrance would let this young man be energetic and expressive.”
