“We ordered our mattress and adjustable base from Jeannie Morris who works at the southside sleep outfitters on southside Parkersburg West Virginia. She was very kind very patient because it did take us a while to decide what we wanted. She was very thorough and what we needed helped us with what was in our price range and helped me set up the warranty for the baseboard and pillows. Would 100% recommend you go and see her she didn’t try to oversell she didn’t try to push anything onto us a wonderful lady to go talk to you about a new mattress”
“Our sales person, Jennifer ,was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped us select a sectional that fit our space and a recliner that matched. Unfortunately once our furniture arrived, there was a tear in a side panel of our sectional, which was noticed after the delivery company left. We contacted Jennifer and she connected us with someone who could help. Our replacement piece arrived right away, two days ago, but we have yet to hear from anyone who can come to our home to fix the tear, which the delivery company should have noticed when they were on site. The tear is right beside where they put the legs on. Still hopeful that someone contacts us soon. Jennifer was great though.
Uodate: As of 5.16.2026, we are still waiting for someone to contact us about our sofa repair. The delivery people would have seen this tear as it is next to a leg they had to install. I called the store on 5.16.2026 and was told I had to contact the distribution center to schedule a visit. I was not informed of this on 5.5.2026 when my sofa was delivered and I made the call to Jennifer. I do expect the repair to be made timely, due to our inconvenience, more than 10 days after delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, I am not a happy customer. Dave, please make this issue urgent. Do what you say you will do. I had high hopes, but now I doubt our sofa will ever be repaired. Make this urgent! Jennifer has my number. I expect a call on Monday 5.18.26 to explain the delay.”
