“We stopped by Stoney Creek country store for a quick lunch. We both had cheese burgers that were really good. I had grilled onions, lettuce tomato, mustard and ketchup. It was made to order with a crispy grilled bun. We also picked up a darling, hand carved cherry wooden bowl as a gift for my grandson. He is excited about taking shop in middle school. I thought it would be a perfect birthday present for him. The apothecary red wine will be great for cacapon cabin guests. I took a couple photos of this hidden gem. The store and restrooms ( out back) were neat and clean. It was fun looking at all the local business cards tacked on to the bulletin board. Flyers about fundraising events were also posted. Check it out!”

“Great place to stop for lunch and supplies along the C&O tow path. I had the half smoke and fries. Quite tasty. Everyone else in the group was very happy for it. The people are friendly and the service was excellent.”
