“I am a Mom of 5 beautiful boys, which most of them are now grown. You can imagine over the years, how many times I had doctor's visit and trips to the pharmacy. I have dealt with many frustrating moments over the years trying to get medicine for my boys and also in a timely manner. I have never found a pharmacy that I was completely satisfied with. . . Until Rhonda's Pharmacy in Pineville. Their customer service is superb and they get you your medicine very quickly with a smile. I have been battling long COVID for over a year now and I have been placed on many medications. One time I went in there in tears having so many questions and Levi took the time to answer all my questions and concerns even though there were people in line and the phone ringing. A prior experience I had with Levi was filling an EpiPen. He stated, at that time, they were not making any money off of the EpiPen. I offered to take my prescription somewhere else and he said, "Oh No, they will just tell you they don't have it." Levi and all the girls in the pharmacy are wonderful. When a problem arises, they are quick to get on the phone and help (doing things they aren't required). This is why I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Rhonda's - Best Pharmacy Ever! I am eternally grateful!”
