We had reached out to several dealerships while shopping for our 2027 Telluride Hybrid X-line SX Prestige, and while Clarksburg was not necessarily the cheapest option in every comparison, they offered the best overall value for the vehicle and package we wanted. They were also very willing to work with us on pricing, which we appreciated.
What really made the difference, though, was Elijah and the way the team handled the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and clearly interested in earning our business. My husband did a lot of the back-and-forth on the vehicle itself, while I handled more of the pricing and financing conversations, and they were completely comfortable communicating with each of us directly about the pieces we were handling. That made everything much easier and honestly felt much more personal.
With a purchase this significant, I also really appreciated never feeling like I was bothering anyone by asking questions or working through details. Elijah stayed engaged and responsive throughout the process.
I completed most of my part remotely, while my husband made the two-hour drive to pick up the vehicle. He had been dreading the idea of driving that far only to spend half the day at a dealership, but the pickup was easy, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. He came home singing Elijah’s praises, which says a lot.

“I recently visited Grease Monkey on Fairmont Ave for a standard oil change. I was able to have my vehicle serviced right away and enjoyed a hot coffee in the lobby during my wait. I was welcomed and thanked for my business by the owner himself! He was pleasant to talk with and spoke very highly of his technicians and experienced staff; as a fellow business owner this is so nice to hear. During the service appt, I also had an automatic transmission service and a rear differential service. “I can not recommend this place enough. After my accident in January of 2026, my car was drivable, but cosmetically damaged - as well as some driving problems. My car was taken into the shop decently quick (as they are very busy with many cars). The receptionist Cher was such a sweet human being. Any time I called the shop for an update and asked my millions of questions, she was so reassuring, punctuate, and polite. They are amazing at giving updates and answers. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they did some cleaning within my interior before handing me back my keys. They truly went out it of their way to help me! They seem to have a strong background with the owner, and may he rest in peace. They are fabulous here! I got my car back within a couple of months and it drives amazing, and looks perfect. The mechanics were genuinely authentic and kind, especially Chad. I interacted with him the most during this experience. If you need auto body damage repair - go here!!!!”
