The Teays Valley walk in clinic was very clean, the staff are friendly, professional and I feel heard. I was seen by Katelyn Aubry she was quick and I really liked her. When you don't feel well I think it's important to feel heard , and I did. I would recommend highly.

Always super nice and this last time they went over and beyond for me ! I couldn't make it over to the facility, so I called and they did telehealth with me and everything was taken care of .... I have always used Valley Health for over 30 years so I highly recommend any of the facilities!

I have been to the Teays Vaiiey location 3 times and received exceptional care the staff nurses and providers are kind and compassionate very fast but never rushed they listened to my concerns and addressed each of them without rushing me each time they diagnosed treated me appropriately highly recommend
