“I drove about 40 miles to krogers because Krogers had a sale on Hot Wheels Premium Cars. On their store website they claimed to have a truck I was wanting so I made the journey. It was a long shot because I know how computer systems are and just as I suspected they didn't have the truck nor any other regular premium Hot Wheels. They did have the biggest selection of regular hot wheels I had seen at any other Kroger store.I found a young man who was taking out some trash and explained the situation and how far I had drove. He said he would check the back for me. I waited around on him to take the trash where it went in the back and found him afterwards. Honestly not sure if he looked but Ill take him at his word he did because his response was a little suspect but I did thank him for looking anyway. For krogers to be having a pretty good sale on those cars(These are 6-$7 cars at walmart and were $5.50ish) and have none on the 5 or 6 pegs on the shelf or in the back is disappointing especially when they do take the regular hot wheels cars serious. The website would allow me to buy the cars for pick up so why would they have none?!?But, the Krogers itself was a very big and very nice structure from the outside and the hotwheel section was exactly in the isle the website said it would be in so that is a plus. Friendly people working the customer service desk when I was there. So, hopefully this review helps explain my experience to the store which was strickly for those cars.”
“Was disappointed in the poke bowls from the sushi section. One thing I've been craving since being here from Florida. They have way to much rice, no sauce in the bowl over the rice, no cut up avocado,no lettuce, no sauce over the fish and way less caviar . Other than that the store is very well kept an clean.
Both pictures of bowls are from florida and what I was expecting, I’ll be back for another bowl so I can post the comparison.”

“I love the staff at this CVS. They know my name when I come and are always courteous. I don’t have to wait long when I go and they call me to try to get my prescriptions done all in one setting. They are very accommodating and friendly. Even on days that they are very busy, they are always good to their customers. I have never had a bad experience with them with over several years of service.”
“I switched to Thomas Family Pharmacy a few yrs ago and I haven't regretted it. The staff have always been pleasant to deal with. They've proven to me on more then 1 occasion that they have no problem doing the extra work to help me get the medications I have needed. They remind me of the way a Pharmacy use to be and unfortunately now adays that's hard to find.”

“I always frequent and use the cross lanes, West Virginia pharmacy, and that’s cause, They are the best of the best!! And it all starts off, With the leader of the pack, Head pharmacist, Big Jody!!! Jody knows how to run a pharmacy, on a smooth, consistent basis, all of his leadership Spills over To his associates and pharmacy technicians. All employees at the Walmart pharmacy Cross lanes, location know how to treat customers and answer all of their questions. A lot of individuals do not like to go to the pharmacy, because of the long wait times, I’m telling you right now, straight up and straight off the top, this is not the case at Big Jody‘s pharmacy!! This is a well oiled machine that is hitting on all eight cylinders. So individuals reading this evaluation, if you are looking for an outstanding, friendly, helpful, and hospitable pharmacy to transfer to, say no more – you need to switch on over to the cross lanes, location, and ask for Big Jody. “I walked in and was shocked, I've never seen so much stuff (home goods). It's so unusual as a store. The have tons of candles lining up to the ceiling. It's really a hole in a store. It small with tons of crazy stuff. The people were nice.”

“This lil local pharmacy has a little bit of everything! Home decor and gift ideas. Pain relief-hair-eye-ear -tooth needs. Hygiene —apparel-snacks and beverages galore with an amazing selection of very nice selections in wine. Candy aisle and canned goods. Batteries and electronics. Baby needs and children’s. Very kind staff. Super clean and organized. Plenty of parking and they have a drive thru around back down alley for convenience. Close to eatery’s like Katherine’s Cafe with fresh made food! Museums nearby and super close to the interstate ramp. Gasoline all around and a park with a lake is moments away. Antique shops nearby. All very convenient to FRUTH! Stop in and get all your needs! We are lucky to have them in Nitro! Safe and well lit.”

“Maybe you need to change your closing time online and make a few signs updating the closing time. I rushed there to grab some medication over the counter at 10:45 pm only to be told by a night worker that this was changed months ago and closing time is now 10:00 pm not 11:00 pm. Looking online and on here it still states 11:00pm. Highly Upset not only was I not feeling well but wasn't able to get any medication either after driving down there so late!!! Otherwise I've always shopped here and will continue”

“Every single employee was just so nice and quick to help when I went in yesterday. The pharmacy is short staffed and I rushed there after work to find a very long line. I waited and got through. Needed something for my daughter so of course I did. Some of the customers in this area should be absolutely ASHAMED of the way they were treating these employees. They were trying to cut off the line for the pharmacy so they could let those employees yanno, go home to their families. I saw adults skipping line, trying to sneak by, yelling at the poor people just doing their job. Have some GRACE you guys. Guess what? I waited in the line twice because that’s just what you do in a civilized community. So be one and do better.”

“I am from Charleston originally but moved away. The one thing that remains constant no matter how long I go in between visits is that Kroger was and still is a solid grocery store. This one is in a convenient location. The lot is easy to access and laid out pretty well. Produce is really good in this location specifically. We bought some tomatoes that tasted like they were grown in our garden. Cashiers were very friendly and seemed like they actually wanted to have a conversation. I was looking for WV craft beer but the selection in Kroger of anything but mass produced, so-called, craft beer is very limited. Not a knock, just information. We visited several Kroger stores during our visit but this one was by far my favorite of all of them.”

She just had a total hip replacement and they filled her prescription promptly so she could have the medication that she needs.
