“I called last minute on a Friday because of having major problems with Pure Moving & Storage LLC (a moving company I was using). They decided they were going to move my items here a week before they were supposed to. I couldn't get into my home yet, so I had to find a storage unit that was tractor trailer accessible and I only had 40 minutes (after they told me they already left with my stuff) to find one before they closed, as most storage units hours were until 5pm on Friday.”
“Nice indoor heated and cooled storage units in a clean facility. Be careful about leaving the door opened or the alarm will sound, and you will get charged if the manager has to come out to turn it off. One time the power went out on me on a pretty day. It scared me pretty bad as I was alone.”

“Smooth process from 1. initial visit (by Thom) who helped us come up with choices to manage what was packed by Allied versus what we could do ourselves and lower cost 2. Clear communications with Joyce around detailed scheduling 3.Dish, China, and breakable packing (Don and Natalie) quick and efficient and (so far) nothing found damaged and 4. Loading (2 days with origin shuttle required) and transport and efficient, professionally done unloading at destination. Josh (driver and lead) along with Melvin (Great team!)(along with Joe at origin and Chris at destination) were thorough and good with communications during process and as quick with the load and unload as could be done. The floors and walls of both houses were well protected and preserved with no damage seen there or with our belongings during load, trans load, transport, and unload. Also the final cost of move was updated based on actual packed inventory and weight and not an estimate since we ended up doing most of packing ourselves along with one trip ourselves hauling some bulkier items.
