“Aya from customer service was amazing! I was facing some difficulties trying to setup autopay from my old debit card to my new debit card. I’mHard of hearing, and continually asked her to repeat herself and she remained calm and patient with me and treated me well. I’m also not very good with computers, she helped me retrieve my 4 digit PIN number, she setup my online account for me so I could switch my information. She’s genuinely an incredible human being. “Really good experience, I switched my phone from Verizon to T Mobile.I used the 55+ plan ND got a better deL than I was getting at Verizon. They also gave me two very sleek Galaxy S22 phones. Not only that but they did all the work, transferred my photos and apps.We took our new phones on vacation to Florida and took some amazing shots.The camera was awesome, we took pictures of Artimus1 the space ship at NASA from a long distance and the Pic was crystal clear. The staff was very friendly and even helped me get a protective case so nothing happens to our new phones. Thank you fir such wonderful service”
