“The employees here a phenomenal, but I've had consistent issues with the App and cards. Took 4 weeks to get a new card for it to only work 2 days and then have to get a new one. After 5 years with them Im done dealing with their system issues.”

“I am not from the area. I was buying a car from a lady that banked at BB&T. I had to call the bank to ask for them to print out some documents for me. Kenny Billings took care of the printing. Later in the day I was struggling with getting a wire finished from my bank to BB&T and Kenny once again started calling around and couldn't find it, when it did finally come in, he called the lady right away. He went above and beyond and made a stressful day more pleasant. I appreciate the Bank, their time and willingness to go the extra mile.”

“Banking, what an adventure it is. I have banked with alot of different banks in my time and not to say that they are all bad but I have had bad experiences with them. Here at First Century Bank N.A. I gotta say that the service is really good. The tellers do tend to carry on with you and help you out with what they can do for you. They are friendly and very informative. The customer service rep is good as well with everything from opening a checking account, CD's, savings. Will help out with what they can. The Loan department is really good as well. Able to go thru and help you out with different options from payment to what type of loan that you are looking for. Everytime that I have went inside the branch to take and do my banking they are always friendly and helpful. The drive thru is usually really busy and not saying that the inside isn't but sometimes its faster to go in. If looking for a good bank, swing by and give them a go. They are really friendly, competitive, and helpful.”
