Kassie, Heather, and the branch manager, Michelle, consistently go way above and beyond to assist me, my wife, and our children. They ensure that we always feel welcome and demonstrate that they actually appreciate our business. We have never had any issue at this location, and we genuinely love going in and seeing their smiling faces.
In addition to the wonderful branch staff, I also work with the financial services team, specifically Lucas and Joe. They all act with incredible speed and care for our needs. We thank the entire team for all the hard work they have put in to create such a great banking experience. “The employees here a phenomenal, but I've had consistent issues with the App and cards. Took 4 weeks to get a new card for it to only work 2 days and then have to get a new one. After 5 years with them Im done dealing with their system issues.”
