“Really enjoyed my first ever experience with them. I had a small chip in my windshield from a gravel hitting it on the interstate coming back from vacation and they fixed it in no time. Made a glass claim through my insurance and they scheduled me an appointment with them with super ease. Then when the Safelite Tech came named Gavin, he was super polite and very knowledgeable. When things like this happen, we often think more into just getting it fixed and not about the process of getting it fixed. He explained to me about their procedure and that due to their machine and how it attaches to the windshield, there is a slight chance that the pressure could cause the chip to spider crack and expand and at that point I would need to replace my windshield. I never had really thought about or even considered that happening, but it does make sense. Either way, I did decide to go ahead with it and glad I did. Can't even see where the chip was at! In just a short 15 to 20 minutes my windshield looks great again. Even better their lifetime warranty guarantees that it stays that way. Definitely recommend.”
