Fast, courteous service on this visit. Prior, pharmacy was disorganized with long wsit. Much better this visit!

Make sure not to eye lock the female manager there. She stated because I looked at her she suspected me of shoplifting. Lol. Hahaha😂😂😂. No apology necessary after cops searched my friend and me bc she was picking up medicine. Oh and the manager assumed my friend was a trespasser who had left her keys. Once the cops informed her she was wrong on both accounts she didn’t even apologize. Don’t browse the isles and def don’t look at the manager. A small apology saying it was protocol would have sufficed. But no. We got nothing. And even after she was proved wrong my friend still had to get escorted to pick up her medicine. And we were both still asked to leave. Make that make sense

They take so long to fill meds do to they rather chit chat then take care of their customers meds the drive thru stay packed and ur sitting in line their for up to a hour at times if I could of not even give them 1 star they need to step up and do better or get all new pharmacy workers all together
It's bad when they cant find your meds on their computer but the app shows ut meds and if their ready or not and at times it takes rhem days to fill a med that was recruited to be filled on its actually due date people are going without their meds they need for a few days cause of the workers wanting to chat and not work time to actually work or find a job where the can talk all day and actually get workers in their thay will take care of the meds!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. You can't call and talk to anyone. You have to leave a message and have them call you back. If there's a problem with your prescription they send a text. Again, you can't text back or call and talk to someone right away. You have to wait for a call back. Then when they return your call they are extremely rude. They are also very slow at filling prescriptions.

Pharmacy staff at this location are rude and have the worst communication skills. They get mad when you ask questions and act like they don't have time of day to spend on a customer. They are slow as hell to fill Rx and now they have reduced their hours so the normal working person does not even have time to pick their Rxs up before they close

After today, I am done with CVS. The folks working in pharmacy are unprofessional. They are rude to customers. CVS needs a class in business etiquette. Looks like CVS is really scraping the bottom of the barrel these days. But, it's ok. First thing in the morning I'm switching pharmacies. Anything is better than CVS. I'm going to tell as many folks as possible. Do not use CVS pharmacy. Avoid it like the plague. You've been nicely warned.

I get that the employees need a lunch, but to close down while you are already in line is just plain rude. With the number of pharmacy employees who just stand around, why don't they stagger lunches. Crazy.

Prescription takes all day even 2 days to get. Dr sends in at 10 am n not ready till 6pm.
Common antibiotic no reason for their delay.
Every time I'm taking my business elswhere.

The lady that helped me here was extremely nice and helpful. She made me feel like what I needed really mattered to her personally. I really wish the people in the CVS back where I'm from was half as nice as her.
