11/22/23 - Tonight we stopped at CVS in Princeton, West Virginia for some forgotten travel items. The young lady at register was so friendly and helpful, she quickly found all the stuff I needed and we were back on the road in no time! I didn’t catch her name but she has lots of brown hair and wore a pumpkin sweater. She was working the register at about 9:00 pm today Nov. 23 and I want CVS to know that young lady is a keeper!

I haven't had a good experience here since the early 2000s. They are horrible.I do not regret my move to the Walmart pharmacy.

I live 45 minutes from Princeton CVS so I wanted to make sure my Rx was filled before making the trip. I called 5 times, went through the automated drill, then was hung up on each time waiting for the pharmacy to answer. I have CVS Caremark, but I will not be wasting my time on Princeton CVS again.

Awful, have a prescription sent in in the am go to fill it in the pm and they say it's not showing, inhalers needed for my child. We will be switching to Walgreens.

They need to get with the 21 century and not be so slow about getting peoples meds ready and not take 3 day or better trying to get meds switching to Walgreens they are so slow here

every time I try to get my scripts filled there is a problem. every time for the past 9 months I am finding another pharmacy these guys are hot garbage update this month still problems I am finding a new pharmacy where they can get a simple scrippt right

I understand their are thousands of people getting meds but when you arrive at the store 40 minutes before they are to have lunch break and their are 3 or 4 people ahead of you and you still don't get your prescription until after they get back from lunch is just ridiculous!!!! If the persons medicine isn't ready make them move on and help the next person. Mine is ready and paid for and ready for pick up so it would take 2 minutes but no it took 40 minutes for 3 people before me. Not cool!!!!!

So disgusted with this pharmacy! I went there this morning to purchase a pack of insulin syringes, and was told I could not purchase them simply because I dont get my insulin from them. I was suffering from a extremely high blood sugar and could not wait for my pharmacy to open. Thankfully a friend gave me a needle!!! This is no way to treat a diabetic or a member of the community, much less a FORMER customer!!!

I purchased items on a extracare sale. One of the items supposedly wasn’t valid. I asked to exchange it with the identical item that was qualified that was the exact same price. The store was so difficult and wouldn’t allow me to do this. They said it was because I used extra care bucks and my care pass reward. They told me to call customer service which transferred me to the extracare dept. Of course I got someone that was foreign and couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. If someone else walked in they would have gave them the exchange without requiring a receipt. The Princeton store 6314 had the rudest employees and management. What happened to the customer is always right. I did nothing wrong and it could have been resolved in a matter of seconds. Now I have wasted 30+ minutes of my life I will never get back.Sincerely,Not wanting to be a Karen

Everyone looks absolutely so glum. I went in to print some photos, had an error on the machine when printing. Nobody did anything technically wrong but Jesus, give a verbal response when something is wrong. A simple "I'm sorry, let me get someone to help you with that" and a smile goes a long way.
