Very rude and talk degrading to customers. Paid a payment they never took out of my account and I called a week later and they confirmed that it had in fact been paid. Then called to say they did it incorrectly. All I wanted was to confirm no late fee for me, but talked down to me as if I didn’t want to pay. Sad.

Don't depend on this bank even if you have a 807 credit score. Unreliable and not dependable. 3 locations is not worth it
