The ups store has the worth customer service. She refused to create a label for my package, and I made it online without any issue. I don't understand why deny service if it is available online.

Two months in a row, I’ve called my refills in. I go to pick them up the NEXT day and they haven’t even been processed, despite being told they’d be ready ~45min after I called.

Always seem friendly and rarely have to wait longer than 15-20 minutes for meds filled.Although, drive-thru can be pretty busy. . .which at times is exhausting.Overall experience rating 4-4.5☆
