Our family was on our way to NC when our car broke down on the side of the road. (Not in a safe spot either). We called and the staff was behind kind. They acted with urgency to help us figure out what mile marker we were located at and provided tow information. The tow was too small to transport our entire family so a staff member (Rose) was so kind to come in her personal vehicle to pick up my 3 kids and I. They were quick to find the issue and repair our vehicle. From the moment we called them to getting back on the road was just under 4 hours. We are beyond appreciative of their rapid response and hospitality. I highly recommend them to anyone but especially if you are traveling though and need a reliable mechanic.

I have had the great misfortune of getting broke down right near this shop a couple times. I am thankful that they were quick to respond and give me a hand even at a late hour. Quick friendly service, a quality repair each time and good prices.

Had SIX Nissan shops turn away my Nissan Versa Note SV and tell me it was unfixable! Steve assured me he could get it done and he did in under 2 weeks! I will recommend them to EVERYONE!

Stop to get an inspection sticker they jacked my car up and said I needed a tie rod end for the driver side front tire. Gave me a price of $53.00 just for the tie rod end when I could get the same part for $16.00 at Auto Zone. I was told by another garage there was nothing wrong with the tie rod end on the front drivers side tire. They charged me $24.00 for a safety check when they should have just put an inspection sticker on it for that price. I paid $23.00 for them to lie to me and try to overcharge me for the part I didn’t even need. I do not recommend anyone to take there vehicles here.

Great auto shop! I ran into issues on the highway driving home from vacation. They got me in first thing on a Monday morning and took care of it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly as well, from the woman who answered the phone to the mechanic that worked on my car.
