“I took my sick and almost dying phone to US Cellular in Princeton WV. I had hopes of getting it repaired. I was waited on by VICTORIA KEATON. I cannot explain how helpful/patient/knowledge this young Lady was. She took her time with me. She explained the pros and cons of every question I asked of her. I was able to get a new phone and also home internet for very reasonable cost. I have been pricing home internet and US CELLULAR was a very reasonable cost for my budget. I highly recommend MRS. KEATON for all your Cellular needs. I personally have not had such remarkable Customer Service in years! I think MRS.KEATON should be conducting classes for others as she truly understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
