“About a week ago I had to go into the store to get help with my phone because of Sprint changing to Tmobile. Bradley was awesome getting my phone straightened out and answering all my questions.Saturday 6-4-22 I had to go back to the store to get help setting up my new tablet and transferring the apps from my old Sprint tablet and Cody was just as awesome. “I took my sick and almost dying phone to US Cellular in Princeton WV. I had hopes of getting it repaired. I was waited on by VICTORIA KEATON. I cannot explain how helpful/patient/knowledge this young Lady was. She took her time with me. She explained the pros and cons of every question I asked of her. I was able to get a new phone and also home internet for very reasonable cost. I have been pricing home internet and US CELLULAR was a very reasonable cost for my budget. I highly recommend MRS. KEATON for all your Cellular needs. I personally have not had such remarkable Customer Service in years!
