Small quiet little place..Appt only after 12 and a new drive thru window only. Awesome for the ones with anxiety who do not like noisy banks. Great staff and friendly service

Couldn't give a zero...these are very fraudulent and scandalous bank. We spoke with 3 different managers all the way from branch to regional. We were told by the bank that we couldn't access funds due to it being in lue of a transfer. After waiting for almost 30 days for the transfer. Nothing happened. The account still froze. Now all of the sudden, funds can be accessed and the transfer can not happen. Long story short do not keep your money here. They will fraudulently over draft your account as well as charge helliaous fees and penalties that were not in there terms and policies but what is in there terms and policies is an arbitration clause allowing them to pull money as they see fit!

Horrible I've had them now for almost 2 years after I switched from Fifth Third in Charleston. This bank has so many glitches that has cost me money with duplicate withdrawls..I have my bills set up for automatic withdrawl by debit n check. This bank denies the debit transaction I get charged a fee. Not once have they covered these extra fees. Then they remove my overdraft cuz there own mistakes..Its crazy that it always happens on on late Fridays then u can't get it straight till Monday

This location has to be one of the most unprofessional establishments in existence. I have conducted business with this location once a week for about six years. Almost every time I visit this location, they cannot spell my name correctly with my driver's license in their hand, and they proceed to tell me I do not have an account with them. They are very rude every single time this happens. Sometimes they wait on other customers in other lanes after I have sent them my checks and information before the other customers have even pulled into the lanes. They talk to their other customers with respect and remember their names, but they do not care about customer service if you are not incredibly wealthy. I have been shorted change several times. I understand that change is not something you should complain about, but it adds up over time. I also have a credit card through this company and cannot even view the details of the account through their mobile app. It took them 3 weeks to even process my credit card application when I first applied. They also sent me checks in the mail for my credit card and the envelope was not remotely sealed, so anyone could have potentially stolen my account information. I will be switching to another bank as soon as I am able. Do not invest a single cent into this terrible business.

Closed on Saturday's, but most things can be accomplished with the ITM that they have.
