do not play with my friend (i think his name is Timothy) over at Pro Nails!!! This man ate DOWN! He took me as a walk-in and did exactly what I asked for, and completed my set quickly. The shape of the nails are great, the acrylic isn’t too thick, and they are filed perfectly. He finished a whole set for me in like an hour-ish. he was very friendly and the overall vibe was great. i’ll definitely be returning!!!

Super disappointed. Don’t come to this place.
Messy application, thick and uneven shape, and leftover product all over my cuticles. I paid full price for something that looks rushed and unprofessional.
This is NOT what I asked for, and definitely not what I expected.
Please take pride in your work — clients deserve better.

Went in a rush after work and they got me right in for a pedicure. They definitely have the cheapest prices around for a gel pedicure. My toes turned out great and the massage was awesome too!

Definitely will not go back!!! I had a stroke when I was 4 months old my left hand is a little harder to do. After being finished,I asked him how much n he said it’s $40 but I’m only charging you $30 n don’t come back bc I just can’t do your left hand,it’s too hard n there was 3 people getting pedicures n they looked at him in disbelief!!! Very humiliating n hurt my feelings!!! There’s a special place in hell that judges people like him!!! I hope you lose your business n if there’s any way I can make you lose your licenses, I will!!!!

I got my nails done the other day and it took them over four hours to complete them. I did not book an appointment, however, I called before hand and they told me they could take me as a walk in. When I arrived, it wasn't very busy, there was one getting a pedicure and another waiting. I was told to sit and pick my color, so I did, but they didn't actually sit me down to do my nails until an hour later. I showed them the nails I wanted, and with what colors. My nails were uneven, way too thick and somewhat messy. All while I was getting my nails done, they would stop and walk outside or to the back and leave me sitting in the chair with unpolished nails for extended time, then come back and leave not long after. Called phone number to see if appointment needed and someone answered with deep voice possibly a man not sure by just saying "hello " couple of times had to ask if I was call Pro Nails very unprofessional response saying "Yeah this is Pro Nails "
