I have had to use this service several times during the past few years. Shredding 40 lbs of old file papers. They were right there with a container for me.When I have a return they are so helpful if I have info on cell phone they scan and take care of everything for me.I am 78 and need all the help I can get. I recommend 100% to take all your needs in shipping, shredding, etc. Check them out!

Lady wanted to know what was in the box. I said Christmas gifts. I need an item detail she said. I told her clothes a clocks, a boy scouts survival kit, she stopped me, said is there a gun in it. I said no it's a boy scouts survival kit. Has a million little dodads in it. Well I need your driver's license so I can put you in the system. "I'm a repeat customer already in the system" but at this point I'm not spending my money there ever again. Bad attitude when I walked up. No sense in treating customers like that.

They do not disclose all fees. I have always brought in a flash drive and it was suggested I just send it by email instead to avoid the hassle of my flash drive. NEVER was an email fee mentioned. They charge you per email too even if you pick the prints up at one time. What a scam that is. I wonder how many customers they make this wonderful suggestion too. I will be going back to my flash drive and save all the crazy fees.
