Twice in a row I've visited this wash, paid $18 for the best wash and didn't get my windows done, didn't get the tire service and the guy repeatedly is hitting my 50k vehicle with the spray wand while going around it. Unacceptable to say the least, it's a rip off..

Friendly and hard working staff. Did a great job cleaning my car at a great price. They have many options as low as $6 and monthly programs.
Free Vacuums and drying cloths.
Definitely recommend

Does the job if you're looking for a quick efficient way to clean your car. Machinery moves around your vehicle so you are stationary.

Was driving through the state and stopped to wash my car. After going through the car wash it broke off my license plate holder on my Jeep. When I went to talk to the guy running it he had no idea what to do because he wasnât the boss. So he gave me a phone number to contact the owner. When I reached out on several occasions I never got a return call. I was ignored and blown off. I donât recommend going here bc they donât care about customer service.

I am very unimpressed with this car wash. I got the top wash and paid $18 and I felt like I got a $5 car wash at best. The attendant literally just sprayed water on my car with no care at all for the prep. No soap, no nothing. Just water sprayed on the car from a far distance. Now usually hand prep isnât a big deal because the wash will clean your car. Well not this one. The brushes on the right didnât even touch my vehicle and there is very inadequate rinsing of the soap. There was still much soap on my car when I left the wash. The dryers were very underpowered as well to the point you might as well not have them. And the buff and dry brush didnât work making me have to use my wipers. I also donât think I got what I paid for here. There was no âlava bathâ, just presoak, no tri foam, really just an incredibly basic wash. The tire shine didnât even work and my tires looked as dull as ever. There are free vacuums when you leave the wash which worked well, but there werenât any towels or window cleaner despite there being baskets out for it. I did like the retro decor on the side of the building though. Thatâs always nice to see. Overall, not somewhere I will return or recommend. Itâs not a good value at all. There are much better car washes in Princeton.

Went today and the attendant was very short and rude. I accidentally put the car in park when he was doing his pre wash. Then he yelled at me like a maniac to put the car in neutral. I sware i didn't see but a few soap bubbles and the dryer didn't do anything. Like I just drove in the rain. Never again. I'm new to WV. Guess I'll have to find a different car wash

Last Thursday I went through my usual after snow wash. I have been here several times because it does such a good job and there is an attendant that gives you a pre-spray. This time for some unknown reason the passenger side wash arm slammed down hard, I thought it had broken my window but no, it pretzeled my antenna and snapped my rearview. I immediately told the attendant., he said "That happens sometimes with Jeeps that have fenders ", "maybe you should have folded them down"
That would have been good to know BEFORE I went through. He could have told me, I had the window down, wished a Merry Christmas and gave him a tip. But my main problem is I called the number, left a message, heard nothing, next day sent a text with a picture, nothing. The antenna I get, not happy but understand, the review mirror, nah. This is a Jeep people, tiny little mirrors, close to the body, should not have happened, and the lack of response is deafening There is a sign but is says nothing, zero, zip, nada about "standard" mirrors
