TERRIBLE experience every time i go. The workers are oaky they’re nice but i think it’s the manager. I overheard Devan i think is his name. Sometimes the workers need help and they have to get him which i get from working retail you need help sometimes.they get him from the back which seemed to be a process idk if he’s ignoring them or what i dont care. But he is the most unpleasant human i have ever seen does not want to help does not care about his staff his customers just goes back to hiding in the back. I hate having to go to this store as is but you can tell it is from VERY poor management and the staff is doing what they can. Whoever is over this guy need to talk to him or let go themselfs

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life dealing with any company. I had several lines through US cellular for several years. They kept charging me too much money so I decided to go with another phone company literally for months and months now, three or four bills in a row after I have left them I have been getting different types of bills please I beg you do not use US cellular they’re the biggest ripoffs in the world they’re con man. PLEASE PLEASE
Dont DO IT!!!!! They want you to not pay so they can put it against your credit They know they have you, This is the fourth bill in a row after the last two months people have told me their representatives I will not receive nothing else from US cellular. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM!!!!

I took my sick and almost dying phone to US Cellular in Princeton WV. I had hopes of getting it repaired. I was waited on by VICTORIA KEATON. I cannot explain how helpful/patient/knowledge this young Lady was. She took her time with me. She explained the pros and cons of every question I asked of her. I was able to get a new phone and also home internet for very reasonable cost. I have been pricing home internet and US CELLULAR was a very reasonable cost for my budget. I highly recommend MRS. KEATON for all your Cellular needs. I personally have not had such remarkable Customer Service in years! I think MRS.KEATON should be conducting classes for others as she truly understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Girl honestly threw a fit in front of us because my phone would not charge and they was closing. One stays on the back while the other works. They put a screen protector on my phone messed it up and refused to replace it unless I paid 50.00. Worst customer service ever

I was given false information to get me signed into a 3 year contract! I was not given any paperwork after signing! Watch out for the insurance coverage also, phone got stolen, so I'm paying for a phone I don't have! $30 a line, up to 4 lines.... well I'm paying over $120 a month for one line cause the other was stolen! Had I not been so sick this may not have happened but trust no one and demand the paperwork before signing!!!

Went in to upgrade a phone and and told them three times which one we wanted. We were rang up and the phone was activated and it wasn't until we got half way through the set up process that we noticed it wasn't the right phone. Called the office to see what they wanted us to do and whoever answered the phone was rude and short with me, telling me it was sometimes an error when they ring up iphones . Went in-store to fix the situation and waited for over 20 minutes while one employee was chatting like there was nothing else to do and the others were helping customers. Whoever was walking around (new emplyee?) asked what they could help me with, i explained what happened and the salesman that rang us up the first insisted they "misheard me". I ended up walking out. Never got the issue resolved. Extremely disappointed in their customer service and urgency when it comes to solving issues.

Took my girlfriend here and they rushed us out, when we came in around 6:30pm on Jan 6, 2022. They weren't very knowledgeable on technology. She was going to open up a new line and get a new phone, but decided not too after there service. Don't waste your time at this location, go to the Wytheville, VA US Cellular. We wasted an 30 minute drive here. They said there was no service where she lives at and I have service with US Cellular and she lives with me, so I know that's a lie and they were just wanting to go home instead of making a sale.

They're liars and will tell you anything they think you want to here to get your business! Me and my husband ended up paying $300 a month for 2 lines with the new phones when we were guaranteed to pay no more than $150 a month total for both lines including phone payment. We were told whoever we spoke with when we entered contract must have been new or didn't explain things correctly!!!! Unacceptable!

I added a line last month and was supposed to be on a promotion for the main line and the line added. The promotion from last year was then taken off my main line and then was never added for the new line. Now I have to overpay for 2-3 months because of their mistake. I had to call corporate to have my promotion on the main line added back and had to call today to have the promotion finally added for the added line that was done going on two months ago. I regret coming to US Cellular. Highly recommend going to anyone but US Cellular.
