Ordered pictures and they were crammed in our mailbox! It said on front of packaging NOT TO CREASE!

I live on Winterview lane in Princeton and the mail is either late or not delivered half the time. Packages are not delivered if it rains or snows they just put attempted delivery. HIRE NEW delivery personnel this is ridiculous!!!!!!
