Richard was fantastic and knowledgeable. Quickly solving my problems with 2 phone numbers on the same phone. Fixing our account for monthly savings. Finally a good experience at a Verizon store.

Someone went into a Best Buy and got a phone in my name. Verizon refused to treat it as fraud. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and received a partial refund within 24 hours of reporting.
