The pharmacy at Walgreen is just the best. The pharmacist and staff very quick to help you with anything. The front end staff are also very courteous.

Pharmacy staff lacks any type of customer service, very rude. Called to check about getting a refill request sent to my Dr and the woman who answered was very rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience I called. Also this is the second time I’ve had to call in the past week the get the refill request sent and they acted as if I was lying to her about my Dr not receiving it. I’m not sure how process work but no need to be rude to customers.

I can't say enough good things about Austin at the Walgreens on Walker St in Princeton. I needed an ear drop after being misdiagnosed at med express twice and Walgreens didn't have it in stock. He called everywhere within 30 miles trying to find it and no one else had it, so he ordered it and said he would try the one pharmacy in our area that was closed when he was calling around. He called the next day when they opened and said that pharmacy did have the medication and sent the prescription over. I've never had any pharmacist go out of their way like that to make sure I had what I needed. I will always get all of my medications from here!
