They will be on you like white on rice when they think they'll make a sale, but when you contact them with an issue, faulty parts, or questionable repair work - magically no one can return a call, email, or text. Save yourself the trouble and money, and go to etrailer.

Absolutely perfect. The owner came out and installed my propane heater which I had bought to offset the expense of baseboard heat in my house. He came out late in the evening to take care of us. Such a kind and friendly fella, Worked in the rain and sleet to make sure we were taken care of . He explained everything to us so we would know exactly how to operate our new heater and what to expect. Also told us about their propane refill and delivery service - very reasonable price for install and propane! We are thrilled with our new heater! Thanks so much to Jennings-
