“I want to share my wow experience and about employe name Thomas at the Ranson Home Depot.
I was pulling over to Home Depot parking lot, there were not very many cars, looked like the store was closing, Thomas approached me, I asked him if they were open, he said no we just closed, but what were you looking for? (Time was at least 8:10pm, on Sundays they close at 8pm) I told Thomas, I was picking up my online order. He told me to park and he could assist me it shouldn’t take long. I got my package, Thomas loaded it on his shoulder and carried to my car.
My mind was blown, I have not experienced anything like this ever!! (I just came from Aldi, where doors were locked at 7:55pm when the store closes at 8pm..)
Just wow!
We need more people like Thomas, humble, happy (you don’t find very many people too happy at the end of the shift). I hope Thomas will be recognized, for his actions!

“From start to finish, each Rep, "In house" and the delivery service were terrific. I appreciate the 2 guys that came this morning (Saturday) to deliver the adjustable bed and frame and everything. I know that stuff can be heavy. They were great to communicate with, Real great gentleman, one was a Vermonter, and the other is native to the area here. give those guys a raise lol. I really like this store.”
