“I want to share my wow experience and about employe name Thomas at the Ranson Home Depot.
I was pulling over to Home Depot parking lot, there were not very many cars, looked like the store was closing, Thomas approached me, I asked him if they were open, he said no we just closed, but what were you looking for? (Time was at least 8:10pm, on Sundays they close at 8pm) I told Thomas, I was picking up my online order. He told me to park and he could assist me it shouldn’t take long. I got my package, Thomas loaded it on his shoulder and carried to my car.
My mind was blown, I have not experienced anything like this ever!! (I just came from Aldi, where doors were locked at 7:55pm when the store closes at 8pm..)
Just wow!
We need more people like Thomas, humble, happy (you don’t find very many people too happy at the end of the shift). I hope Thomas will be recognized, for his actions!

No one had it. I tried Heistons as a last resort and from here on out they will be my FIRST stop every time. If you're serious about trying to get the right stuff the first time just start here. Seriously. Plus it's local and unbelievably reasonably priced!”
