“Post office was closed today, 19 June 2024 @ 230pm. Could not check mailbox in post office for mail or packages. There was no note or anything to let people know if there was an emergency or ??? People who work @ this post office are nice, never had any problems.”

“Absolutely amazing and friendly people. Just wish they had an after hour pick up box for packages. I don't get home till 4pm and there close and I can't always find someone to pick up for me. Every time I pay to have certain packages delivered to my door it gets sent to PO instead or on day of delivery I get message saying unable to locate or verify address or address is undeliverable by FedEx or UPS and gets sent back. Sometimes I get lucky and one of the workers there notice the address and hold it for me. An absolute blessing to them. Thank You.”

“Not busy. It is small but supports the local rural communities and lets us not have to drive 20-25 minutes to Fairmont. They have stamps, priority, and PO Boxes, certified letters, etc. and help the locals especially the older folks. Not fancy just works!”

“Not sure where all the negative ratings are coming from when it comes to the staff. I have been coming in frequently for months now and they have always been super helpful. The older gentleman has always been kind to me and my daughter (gives her stickers and entertains her toddler antics, and other staff have gone above and beyond when I’ve had issues with a buyer’s package. This is my go-to location specifically because of the staff.”
“Very friendly staff. The guy receiving our package took the time to check a few different size boxes for us and get us the cheapest rate. We didn't ask or anything, he just took it up on himself to save us the money and was just great to sit and chat with for a few minutes. There was no line and we were in and out very quick, which has never been my experience at other post offices. Overall very positive experience.”

It was like visiting a friend instead of conducting a business transaction - all while the business transaction was being processed quickly and professionally. All this and I didn’t have to fight downtown traffic and parking - a win all around!”
