“Had my vehicle there for an issue with the screen. Found that it was a software update and issue was resolved same day. Service Advisor was Karissa and she did a phenomenal job keeping me updated throughout the day, very happy with her just as much as the speed of service. EDIT: still happy with Karissa, but the issue with the screen came back and issue is not solved. It looks like it’s more of a wiring issue or computer issue. The issue was the gauge cluster flashing on and off, and after picking my vehicle up it continued, and when the cluster came back on my infotainment system screen went out”

“Hometown Tire is always friendly and helpful with competitive pricing. I needed my front two tires changed on my Maserati and caught them near closing. My tires were worn down and needed to be replaced. Regardless of it storming and being near closing time for them, they got out there and got me fixed in no time, and my tires are perfect now thanks to them. They had my back when I needed them, and I’ll never forget it. Not my first time bringing my Maserati there, and they have always been helpful and friendly. They are great people who do great work. I highly recommend. Thank you all so much!”

“I had a good experience dealing with Mark and his workers. Mark was very informative and straight forward with all my questions. I took my truck to him because another local Hurricane auto body business done a horrible job on my truck. Mark notified and raised awareness to me in a professional way about the service I didnt recieve from the other auto body shop in Hurricane. The paint job turned out great and his detailer went above and beyond and cleaned the interior of my truck unlike the other business who left dust all inside along with dirty rags.
As far as a local Hurricane, WV auto body shop....I would recommend Mark's Mirror Finish first!

“I have used Hurricane tire both for business vehicles and personal. There was one time they were very busy and I was working out of my truck and really needed it fixed. Long story short they made time to have it fixed by the next morning so I could get back to work! My fuel pump went out in my van and they were able to get it and fix it. Today my truck was making a terrible grinding noise I took it in they had it fixed before the end of the day! These guys do fast quality work and I can’t express how much I appreciate being able to go to a shop have the issue diagnosed and fixed for what I believe to be an affordable rate and not have to worry about if it’s actually fixed or not! I highly recommend Hurricane Tire!”

“I should have done this sooner. Bad winter for me. I went after storm to ask to check out odd movement. Also side mirror later, fell off my car. 25 yrs old. This old granny went on her own and they drove me home . First time.husband couldn't handle this for me.
