“The staff here are AWESOME. I got Covid when I was in Shephardstown and hadn't packed enough books for staying longer to isolate, and I also didn't have a car. Four Seasons helped me out by finding things on my to-read list (including checking all their used stock), recommending additional titles based on my interests, and then dropping them off locally. They were so helpful and communicative. I hope to make it back and actually browse in person some day. THANK YOU Four Seasons Books!”

“I got to spend time here for a fellowship gathering and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, the massive space of the grounds, and the quality of the food. The beds were comfortable and clean. I was confused about mixed messages about daily service to the room not being available but my bed was made daily. It was unclear which it was, I actually prefer to not have daily service. There were some great activities as well and I wish that our group had more opportunities to go on the guided activities or learn things like pickleball! One thing that was hard was that our transportation from the airport was very late, so my group got a really quick here are your keys go eat before they don't have food anymore greeting. There is nowhere close by and it would be great if there was some sort of option if people are late. The NCTC knew our bus was late coming in and there wasn't an advanced accommodation of setting up boxed dinners for us or some other option. We had to go from dinner to an induction session, by the time we got back to our rooms around 9:30 pm, most of us discovered our keys did not work and had to trek back to the lobby, in the dark, where we had no idea where we were!”

“Typical of other university bookstores, Shepherd's allows students a one-stop visit to easily collect each semester's supplies. While having books is a given, the bookstore goes beyond that. They also offer school apparel, basic dorm essentials, a variety of personal care items, go-to technology accessories such as storage devices and printer ink, and a lot more. Browsing is easy as sections are clearly labeled, with items being where you'd expect.”
