“Good experience signing up and very easy. Everyone I’ve spoken to is friendly. Unit was clean - had some dings in walls, but that’s expected.
Only issue I had is when they send you the text that gives you your access code to gate, It’s not correct. You don’t input the zero and it’s missing two special characters you need at the pad. It would be helpful if there was a sign on the pad that told you what all you had to hit. So I got there early on my first day of moving in and couldn’t get in. I had to wait until someone was in the office. It wasted a couple hours of my time. Not a big deal, but should be corrected and send the code exactly as it needs to be entered. I even looked on their website to see if it said how it had to be entered and could find nothing.
Anyway, it is a nice storage place overall.”
“Just moved in and it was smooth. Even got to move in prior to my move in date so I can get everything in early. Everyone was flexible and super nice. Jenny and Beth are easy to work with and speak too. Jenny seems like she has a lot of future ideas for the community :). Maintenance was awesome and cleaned the apartment before I went in and walked me through.”

“Great place to be. Not sure on the storage units because i don't have one but there are efficient apartments and the owner is a great landlord who deals with issues right away. Makes sure we all are safe and have a clear access of the property when it snows. Been a tenant for almost 2 years now. Jess in the office is fantastic as well.”
