Only issue I had is when they send you the text that gives you your access code to gate, It’s not correct. You don’t input the zero and it’s missing two special characters you need at the pad. It would be helpful if there was a sign on the pad that told you what all you had to hit. So I got there early on my first day of moving in and couldn’t get in. I had to wait until someone was in the office. It wasted a couple hours of my time. Not a big deal, but should be corrected and send the code exactly as it needs to be entered. I even looked on their website to see if it said how it had to be entered and could find nothing.
Anyway, it is a nice storage place overall.”
