“This place was a 10/10! The employees were amazing, the rentals were a good price, and the atmosphere was out of this world! I am not one to make reviews but I feel as if this place DESERVED it. We rented our equipment on a Wednesday and was renting them for 2 days. We were told we could return them Saturday morning before 10 am, which we were fine with. Unfortunately, the day of, our truck was stuck on the mountain with a broke brake line and we couldn’t leave anywhere. I called the Ski Barn multiple times to let three know we were going to be late and they were so okay with it. When we finally were able to leave and get towed on Sunday, we hurried and dropped the snowboards off as soon as we could. The lady helping us was one I spoke with on the phone and she was amazing! She was understanding, noticed my injured leg, and was making sure I was okay. She showed she was worried about us and she said she could hear the worry in my voice. This place is the best, even when it comes to awful situations. I highly recommend!”

“My son and I rented equipment this past weekend at Elk River and they were awesome to work with. They helped fit my son in demo boots and it really improved his skiing and recommended a fantastic pair of demo skis that really improved my own skiing. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop is also really convenient to the Top of the World and Snowcrest condos and the Soaring Eagle lift.”

“We took a field trip with roughly 45 students to the lake to participate in activities I cannot say how appreciative we are for the snowshoe staff for going above and beyond for our students! The life guards were attentive and so kind to the students. They would joke along with the students. I cannot say how each staff member we interacted with today went above and beyond!”
