I just rented one of their Rug Doctors - it was disgustingly dirty upon pickup and I cleaned it to my best ability before using but still made my rug smell like piss… but yet there’s a charge for cleaning fees. Who the hell is cleaning the thing to charge for it? I still cleaned it and returned it.
