“I have been with cricket for 10 plus years now and I am very happy with everything if I have any concerns they fix everything and I have had no issues I will continue to be a loyal customer. the store is clean and well stocked, the staff is courteous and polite and professional,they have a great verity of products to choose from and then really do work with you I have been many places and I have only found one Dead spot and that's just for 2 second's and that's saying a lot the coverage is amazing*****.”

“Today Sunday June 16, 2024 I had a very good visit. My reason for visit was to return a phone I had bought online. ( it wasnt scanned before shipment & carrier said it was
activated & added service plan. It WAS NOT unlocked because ONLY VERIZON not totalbyverizon could unlock it. ). My money was refunded & I was sent back to purchase new phone. I found the one I ordered but asked cashier to add plan from returned phone. That is when she informed me it could NOT be unlocked through any carrier but Verizon!! I had no idea ( the front of the box had Total by Verizon in big letters.) Thank you to the young lady at the Tech cell phone department for stopping me from buying another phone I couldn't use with my service plan & telling me to carefully research phones from other stores to assure I got one that worked with my carrier! I didn't catch her name but she wa small, doing dark haired & slender. It was at 3:00 in the afternoon. She deserves kudos for easily explaining the otherwise confusing information on the website
& packaging that the phone came in. Beware other shoppers! Thanks again to the clerks in the Electronics Dept in.”

“Decent food (wings are always burnt though lol) restroom is okay, i’ve used far worse. Stop off here almost every time on my way to Charleston gas prices are average for the area. Ah if you haven’t though you gotta try the blueberry almonds. This is the only place i can find ‘em”
