“Cross lanes auto center did not even put me into the system likely because I am female. I would recommend being very aware of car folks, but here in Charleston they were really professional and treated me like any other customer. I did not have any valves so could not put in tire rim but saw they could do this for low price. They mentioned it might take some time as it was a busy Sunday but they offered to take the tire and notify when it was done. I was texted the entire way through unlke exist cross lanes auto center. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they didn't mount it onto the car due to so much business but compared to everything else thats fine just maybe need to work on streamlining business is all. Thank you”

“This place was awesome. I was in and out quicker than I can get fast food. I drove in, they changed my oil and didn't try to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't need or tell me every little thing wrong with my car. The price was 50 bucks plus tax which is cheaper than I can do it myself. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Highly recommend!!”
“This place is as advertised. My oil change was completed within 10 minutes while I waited in my car. They checked my tire pressure and other things under the hood. I'm not sure what the price of an oil change should be, but I felt it was reasonably priced.”

Staff was friendly and fast- even showed us where the damages were and connected us with another business to do further assessments. I had to pick up a load of material from a burned out semi trailer that they towed. These guys did a great job transferring the load.
It took about as long as I expected, there was a lot of work involved.
These guys started working and stayed right on it until the job was done.
The office even printed out my BOL for the load.”
“We had recently had transmission work performed on our jeep. While visiting family in WV, we started having some minor issues. We decided to stop here and have the transmission fluid checked. Sure enough it was very low. Not only did they put the transmission fluid in, they check the shifting of the gears. And at no additional cost, they added window washing fluid, checked the oil, and the air in the tires. It was a miserable cold day. But Chris had a smile on his face, was extremely polite, kind and understanding. Thank you Chris.”

“Fast and convient. Customers are eligible for a discount on their oil change service by calling the Valvoline customer service line. I have been able to save anywhere from $7=$25 dollars on a full synthetic oil change. This coupon is sent by either email or text message immediately for use at specific locations. Corporate locations honor larger coupons while franchised locations honor the lesser I've found. Other accessories like cabin air filters are much more affordable at local auto part stores or online shopping. For ex. a cabin air filter is $39.99 at Valvoline vs. in store purchase at $12=$25 depending on your make and model. Hope this helps!”

“I've only ever been here for an oil change across multiple cars but I'm thinking of getting my car inspection done here now that they do other stuff, been going here since they were only oil changes. So far every time they've been generally good. Seem like normal people and they are are pretty fast. I doubt anyone WANTS to go get their car serviced and oil changed but these people make it go fast. They even try to help you reset your "oil change" notification!Service: Oil change”
