“I discovered today my Subaru Impreza takes an unusual wiper blade. I had been to two other places prior to O’Reillys, only to be turned away being told I couldn’t even order a set. I was greeted by Scott when I walked in. He said he didn’t have the wiper blades I needed but he could have them in the store within two hours and that’s exactly what he did! I took my car back and he installed them for me two hours later and I am one very happy customer! Thank you Scott for your exceptional customer service! He even assisted me putting in the bulb when I explained my shortage on time. I will definitely stick with Auto Zone.
