“I recently went to AT&T at 10 o’clock to get a phone upgrade. It was busy and I did not have an appointment. However, the staff did their best to accommodate customers, and they were very patient and emotionally sensitive and supportive to helping a variety of people work through general technology challenges. The staff conducted more general technology therapy than they did actually servicing phone plans, but that’s where they excel. All of the staff were extremely patient and thoughtful. Six stars keep up the great work.”
