Called twice to order a hitch and both times the guy that answered got an attitude with me and would interrupt me while i tried to answer his questions, the saint albans location is the worst location go to patricks street they are professional unlike saint albans uhaul

Great customer service. Was disappointed they aren't open on Saturdays.

The dude didn't even go over the coverage and then when I asked about it he had such an attitude. All he wanted to do while working was talk about hunting with other co-workers.
