“We had a genuinely great experience with Ken Ganley Kia Clarksburg, especially working with Elijah.
We had reached out to several dealerships while shopping for our 2027 Telluride Hybrid X-line SX Prestige, and while Clarksburg was not necessarily the cheapest option in every comparison, they offered the best overall value for the vehicle and package we wanted. They were also very willing to work with us on pricing, which we appreciated.
What really made the difference, though, was Elijah and the way the team handled the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and clearly interested in earning our business. My husband did a lot of the back-and-forth on the vehicle itself, while I handled more of the pricing and financing conversations, and they were completely comfortable communicating with each of us directly about the pieces we were handling. That made everything much easier and honestly felt much more personal.
With a purchase this significant, I also really appreciated never feeling like I was bothering anyone by asking questions or working through details. Elijah stayed engaged and responsive throughout the process.
I completed most of my part remotely, while my husband made the two-hour drive to pick up the vehicle. He had been dreading the idea of driving that far only to spend half the day at a dealership, but the pickup was easy, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. He came home singing Elijah’s praises, which says a lot.

“Been to this shop half a dozen times, never had any issues, and they always stick by the price. Sometimes busy but fast service squeezes you in if in a pinch. Most shops around here are either uneducated or unwilling to take on any work, but I have never been turned away here. I have had a alternator set back in place with a belt issue, AC recharge and compressor done on one car, AC recharge and leaked diagnosis done on another car, diagnostics done a different time, electrical diagnosis on a headlight that wasn't working, partial diagnosis on a head gasket, and countless hours working with me trying to find affordable solutions to keep me on the road. The best part about this shop is that they will show you what is wrong, why it is the way it is, what they can do, and if there are any cheaper or easier methods, and allow you to decide. If you want a shop that knows what they are doing and is not taking you to the bank, this is the place to go. Sorry for the long post. I've had many good experiences with these guys, as I used to doordash full-time and had a lot of car troubles. I will be coming back and always recommend everyone to go here.”

“Evans Service Center is the only Garage I'll take my Vehicle. They are straight forward, honest, and reasonably priced. They explain to you what needs fixed/maintenanced and why so there's no questions or concerns about what they did to your vehicle and why. I feel safe when I drive away and happy knowing I got what I paid for. Evans Garage is also easy to find. On the left (coming from Clarksburg) Rt. 19 South seconds after you pass the West Milford turnoff. Can't miss it! . . .”

“I got my 2024 Nissan Altima SR tinted 17% out at her house, not far off the Jane Lew exit and I can say with 100% certainty that I will take any vehicles I purchase that aren't tinted to her. She was so friendly, had better prices than every other tint shop I called and I recommend her to everyone....don't drive around in a fish bowl....go get tinted out y'all!!!”

“I normally hate having to take my car to any garage, bc normally they are (normally) grumpy and rude.
I took my car here for an oil change on Tuesday morning, there was 2 cars in front of me when I got there, but it went super quick, from the moment I pulled up to the line, to the moment I was done was 20ish minutes. The two guys were sooo nice especially the one that came to the window. He had manners which is rare. Will definitely be going back for my next oil change!”

“This is easy and pretty quick. The technicians were very personable. Our tech asked if I knew how to reset my oil light on my dashboard. I didn’t he asked if it was ok to stretch across in front of me and he’d do it for me. Very professional and polite. Cleaned windows checked tire pressure checked head and tail lights and front and back turn signals. Oh of course my main propose was oil change. Totally satisfied.”
