“These guys are great! I was looking for a place to check out my engine cover that was flapping from the heavy rains a while back. Stopped by Smittys who were closed, they said they only use these guys, though. They were working on some stuff when I got there, but put me on the lift right away to check it out. It had pretty much tore away by that time anyhow, but they would not take any payment, even though they pulled it in, lifted it up and checked it out. Seem like some real honest guys! I know they sure helped me roll home with no worry.”

“I'll admit, I'm hard to please. Customer service is HUGE for me. I had a bad experience the last few times I went browsing at Moses Ford, but then we met Cody over the weekend. He was outstanding. He was personable, so appreciative for our business, almost excited as we were for our new truck, incredibly knowledgeable about the F150, and he had the patience of a Saint. Ask for Cody Westfall if you plan to buy at Moses Ford. I will recommend him to everyone I know. We've never had a better car-buying experience (and we have five Fords in the driveway if that tells you anything!).

It was easy to get to from the street, and there was plenty of parking. The waiting room was air conditioned and well maintained.
I went for a walk to sheetz, and by the time I got back my vehicle was done.
They also had a summer special where you could get your car washed.

Steve and his team went above and beyond to save me in a tough spot, and can't thank them enough for the incredible service while passing through on a relocation roadtrip across the country. I was driving through Charleston, WV when my BMW 135i AC compressor and serpentine belt blew, which in turn killed my power steering at highway speeds. I quickly found and called European Car Service as my battery lost charge, and barely made it there to his shop shortly thereafter without needing a tow. His team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful - immediately assisting with overnighting a new AC compressor to get me back on the road to Utah to start my new job the following week (I had about 5 days left to drive from WV to Utah when the install was complete). Between honest advice, fair pricing, and their incredible hospitality (dropping me at my Airbnb on their way home after I dropped my car off), their shop is the best in town (and likely the entire state). If you need a BMW repair in Charleston, WV, this is absolutely the place to go. You may even meet a prior America's Got Talent winner while waiting for your car :)Thank you again for everything!”
